  • We schedule routine visits per year, focusing on essential maintenance tasks, safety checks, and preventive care. You’ll also receive handyman hours and discounted repair services.

  • Our maintenance plans are custom-built around your preferences and home. A full list is provided during sign-up.

  • We offer optional add-ons for HVAC systems, radiant flooring, snow melt systems, fire sprinklers, and more. Your plan will be tailored to your home’s unique needs.

  • Yes, we ask for someone to be home to grant access and discuss any specific concerns with our technicians.

  • Our Condo Plan starts at $139/mo and our Home Plan starts at $179/mo, with add-ons for additional systems or custom needs. If you have any questions about what plan is right for you, you can contact us  or call us at 312-300-7888.

  • Yes, we offer a discount if you pay for the full year upfront.

  • You can cancel within 7 days of signing the agreement, hassle-free. After that, we require a 30-day notice.

  • Basic parts up to $100 are included. Anything beyond that will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding.

  • Absolutely! We’ll tailor the plan to your home’s unique systems and needs during the onboarding process.

  • Our technicians will document and escalate the issue. We’ll provide recommendations and coordinate the necessary repairs with your approval. You can trust us to be your single point of contact for anything we encounter.

  • Yes, we offer seasonal add-ons like power washing, gutter cleaning, and more at an additional cost.

  • We do not currently offer appliance repair, landscaping, pool maintenance, fire sprinkler systems, chimney sweeps, and underground work. However, we can connect you with a referral at your request.

  • Yes, we provide a detailed summary of what was inspected and serviced, along with any recommendations for future care.

  • We’ll send you a scheduling reminder via email. Visits can be booked through our online portal or with our scheduling team.

  • Members get priority access to our on-demand repair services, often at discounted rates.

  • Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time to include additional services or features.

  • Our In House licensed and insured technicians, as well as our trusted partners who are specialized in their respective fields, will perform all maintenance and repairs.

  • Simply contact us to get started. We’ll walk you through the process of signing up and scheduling your first visit!
